How is pricing calculated?
Our pricing is based on the total linear footage of your roofline the length of gutter line and gable edges we light. We measure this during your free design consultation and provide a detailed, itemized quote before any commitment. |
What is included in the package price?
Every package includes the LED lights, professional installation, seasonal storage at our facility, and post-season takedown in January. There are no hidden fees the price you are quoted is the price you pay. |
When do I need to book?
Johnson County installation calendars typically fill by October. We recommend booking in August or September to guarantee your preferred install date and first choice of October scheduling. |
How long does installation take?
Most Overland Park and Johnson County homes are fully installed in a single day. Our crew arrives, installs every strand, and leaves your property clean lights on that evening.
What if something goes wrong during the season?
Call us at (913) 735-5145. We return and address any issues at no additional charge. Our service commitment covers the full season from installation through January takedown.
Can I add tree wraps or wreaths?
Yes. Tree wraps, wreaths, and garland are available as add-ons for any package. Request them during your free design consultation and we will include them in your custom quote.
